The STIHL FS56C-E is a petrol brushcutter, powered by a STIHL 27cc 2-stroke engine and is fitted with a bike handle that makes clearance jobs a breeze. It has a mowing width of 420mm and is ideal for working on small to medium areas. It features STIHL ErgoStart which cuts the effort required to start the tool by half, it works with a coil spring between the starter cord and the crankshaft, the rope can be pulled at just one third of the normal force. Additionally, a small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button. This reduces the number of starting strokes required following extended breaks in operations. Controlling the FS 56 C-E petrol brushcutter couldn’t be easier thanks to the easy, comfortable thumb-operated control on the bike handle. The bike handle allows the machine to be easily guided, in a side-to-side swaying action, making it ideal for working on large areas and thus reducing fatigue. This petrol brushcutter has a total length of 170cm and is supplied as standard with an AutoCut C26-2 mowing head. A metal grass cutting blade can be fitted to the FS 56 C-E to tackle thicker vegetation (available separately) Please note: A blade fitting kit and blade guard are required when fitting a metal grass cutting blade (available separately) All this is backed up by a 2 year manufacturers warranty.
