Delivery Charges
Delivery fees start from Rs 475 and may vary depending on the delivery location, quantity, size, and weight of the items ordered.

Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver orders within seven business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

  • Ground floor delivery only.
  • Deliveries to upper floors, rooftops, or elevated locations are not included.
  • Please ensure sufficient space is available to receive your items, as responsibility for the goods transfers upon delivery.

Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday only.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or Public Holidays.

RODRIGUES DELIVERIES

We deliver to Rodrigues.

Once your order and payment have been received, we will arrange shipment of the goods.

Upon arrival in Rodrigues, freight charges and final transport arrangements will be the customer’s responsibility.

POSTAGE DELIVERY (SMALL PARCELS) – MAURITIUS

Postage delivery is available for smaller items.

  • Rates start from Rs 175 for parcels up to 3 kg.
  • Parcels exceeding 3 kg will be charged according to weight.
  • Parcels are generally dispatched within a few days after payment confirmation.
  • A tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp once the parcel has been posted.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS

Customers will be contacted on the day of delivery only, as delivery schedules may change due to operational requirements and unforeseen circumstances.

PICK-UP OPTION

Orders may be collected from our store Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.

IMPORTANT – COLLECTION OR DELIVERY APPROVAL

Deliveries and collections can only be arranged once confirmation has been provided by our sales representative via WhatsApp or email.

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
